There is hardly anyone who does not know the name Hermès. Behind it stands one of the oldest fashion labels in the world, because the luxurious Paris fashion house was founded in 1837 by the Krefeld saddler Thierry Hermès.

It all began with the production of bridles for prestigious Parisian customers, and when the car replaced the horse-drawn carriages over time, Hermès adapted to this change and produced silk scarves, bags, suitcases and other expensive leather goods.

Since then, generations of women have been consuming the fashion articles of the luxury label. Among the best-known products are the Kelly Bag, the Birkin Bag and the legendary silk scarves that Marilyn Monroe wore wrapped around her head.

Recently, Meige Build & Deco project Co Ltd. reworked the wooden floor of the luxury label's store on the West Lake shore promenade in Hangzhou to ensure that discerning customers feel as comfortable as possible. On the 600 m² sales area the high-quality oak parquet was newly sealed with the two-component parquet seal "OLI-AQUA TOP 51.20" in the gloss level "Matt".

For the new sealing with "OLI-AQUA TOP 51.20" Meige Build & Deco decided because they had previously reworked the parquet of a store of the fashion label in Shanghai with the water-based varnish, it is visually convincing and suitable for high demands in the contract sector. "Due to the heavy use of the floor, the high resistance and insensitivity of Oli Lacke's parquet seal were a decisive factor," says company owner Wenwang Zhan. "At the same time, the floor gains through easy cleaning and maintenance".
