The product
State-of-the-art solvent-based two-component acrylic spray filler. Depending on the hardener used, it can be applied as pigmented or insulating filler. Very high-build coatings, excellent levelling, easy sandability and thermal shock resistance are the top qualities of the new product. For common wood types, we recommend the use of OLI-CRYL hardener 11.4 (at a ratio of 10:1). On MDF boards, milled profiles and woods rich in active substances, OLI-CRYL premium hardener 11.11 (mixed in at a ratio of 5:1) reaches an excellent insulating effect. As top coat we recommend our OLI-CRYL 40.55 | 2c colour lacquer.

Surface preparation:
- The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free of oil, wax, grease, silicon and sanding dust.
- Graded wood sanding with grit 150/180. The finer the sanding, the lesser the wood roughens.
- Sand MDF boards with grit 240.
- Always sand the priming foils.
Setup recommendations:
- Apply a priming coat with approx. 150-250 g/sqm.
- After 2 h (11.4)/ 4 h (11.11) drying, intermediate sanding with grit 240/280/320.
- Top coat with OLI-CRYL 40.55 | 2c colour lacquer; 130 g/sqm.
