The product
OLI-AQUA 15.88 I Insulating filler is one of the most efficient, high-performance water-based one-component insulating fillers on the market. Its sealing effect on MDF edges and milled profiles as well as tannic woods sets the benchmark. Moreover, it has an excellent opacity, very good bonding and stability, and it dries fast for a rapid sandability. For the top coat, we recommend our OLI-AQUA B 18.28 | 1c colour lacquer, or OLI-AQUA MODU B 18.35 | 1c/2c colour lacquer, which can be applied as one- or two-component water-based lacquer depending on the surface demands.

- Free of formaldehyde and aromatic compounds
- Free of APEO, NMP and NEP

Surface preparation:
- The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free of oil, wax, grease, silicon and sanding dust.
- Graded wood sanding with grit 180/240. The finer the sanding, the lesser the wood roughens.
- Always sand the priming foils.
Setup recommendation:
- Apply the material with approx. 200-250 g/sqm
- After 2,5 h drying, intermediate sanding with grit 240/320/400
- Top coat with OLI-AQUA MODU B 1c/2c paint 18.35 / RAL 9010; 120 g/sqm
