1K spray lacquer for custom and series furniture production

OLI-AQUA PRO M 18.10 is a water-based, self-crosslinking 1K multi-coat clear lacquer for furniture, chairs, shopfitting and interior fit-outs. One product serves as both primer and topcoat - ready to use, with no hardener or thinner required. This acrylic clear lacquer is suitable for solid wood, veneers and wood-based materials indoors, and is available in matte and satin finishes.

Transparent finishes - even on profiles and vertical components

High transparency and lightfastness bring out the color and grain of the wood. Excellent filling and even flow ensure a uniform finish. The spray lacquer has a medium viscosity and is thixotropic: its good sag resistance makes it suitable for coating chair frames, profiled components and vertical surfaces.

Designed to fit your production process

Fast drying, fine-powder sanding and good blocking resistance make it easier to continue processing between work steps. PRO M 18.10 can be applied with a cup gun, airless or Airmix equipment, and is also suitable for spray machines. This clear lacquer supports both custom craftsmanship and repeatable processes in series production.

The recommended coating schedule consists of two coats of 100–120 g/m² each, with intermediate sanding using P240. Accelerated heat or IR drying is possible; process conditions should be coordinated with OLI application engineering. Durability for furniture and interior fit-outs

The coating offers good resistance to creams and plasticizers from commercially available PVC seals. Its chemical resistance meets DIN 68861-1, stress category 1C; selected test media achieve 1B.

The tested coating system is classified as flame retardant (B-s1,d0) in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1. In addition, OLI-AQUA PRO M 18.10 meets the requirements of IKEA IOS-MAT-0066 R4 for home and office furniture, as well as MÖBELFAKTA, Category 2.
